At the same time, occupational safety is a top priority. We know and will follow the applicable regulations on occupational safety and inform line managers and colleagues about possible sources of danger.

Wellbeing

The entire TROX GROUP is dedicated to our corporate motto, the human being is the benchmark, and people‘s wellbeing is our goal. At TROX UK, to deliver this commitment to wellbeing we invest in safety, health and professional development at the workplace. Not only with First Aiders on site to take care of physical injuries, but also Mental Health First Aiders to identify and support staff who may be experiencing mental health challenges.
